TINY - Digital Platform For Parents
Role: Product Designer, Instructional Designer
TINY is an EdTech product designed to support parents and caregivers of children ages 0–5 with intuitive tools for early learning at home. Developed in collaboration with the CEO and educational team at Tiny Treasures, a wellness daycare in New York, the project addresses a gap in accessible early childhood guidance.
Anna led the creative direction, instructional framework, and digital experience, shaping the UX, information architecture, and brand identity. By combining storytelling, educational principles, and user-centered design, TINY transforms everyday interactions into meaningful learning moments. The project is currently in development.

LEAP - Experiential Learning in the Classroom
Role: Director of Programs, Multisensory Learning Designer
LEAP is a learning center in New York serving children and teens ages 3–18 through tutoring, homeschool partnerships and enrichment programs. Anna directed the design and delivery of immersive, project-based learning experiences. Her work focused on curriculum and experiential design, sensory and gamified learning, music and story integration, and educational alignment. Through themed learning journeys, such as Space Adventures, Ocean Exploration, Animal Habitats, and more, classrooms were transformed into interactive environments that support curiosity, creativity, and embodied learning. She also led staff training, facilitation, and community engagement, establishing a scalable framework for on-site programs, field experiences, and long-term growth.

Tiny Treasures - Music and Dramatic Arts for Early Childhood
Role: Artistic Director, Curriculum Creator & Designer
Tiny Treasures is a wellness daycare serving children ages 0–5 and early childhood educators. Anna was invited to design and direct a specialized music and dramatic arts curriculum that integrates role play, sensory storytelling, and classical music into early learning.
The program transforms everyday classroom moments into immersive experiences that support cognitive development, social skills, and self-confidence. Through original narratives, multisensory activities, and music education, children become active participants in imaginative worlds, turning the classroom into a stage for discovery and foundational learning.

SCRPT - A New Approach To Corporate Training
Role: Prime Creator
SCRPT is a corporate learning platform designed to help companies deliver engaging, high-impact training experiences. The platform uses short, immersive learning capsules to support retention, reflection, and leadership growth.
As Prime Creator, Anna brainstormed capsules and strategies with the CEO to create narratives focused on grounding, awareness, and authentic leadership.

French-American Chamber of Commerce - Reinventing Leadership Training
Role: Workshop Designer, Leadership Coach
The French-American Chamber of Commerce – New York supports professional development and cross-cultural business exchange between French and American entrepreneurs. Anna Cley designed and delivered The Art of Charismatic Leadership, a leadership workshop for French executives and founders based in New York.
Drawing on her experience as an opera singer and performer, the workshop reframed leadership presence through voice, posture, tone, and language. By integrating theatrical techniques with experiential learning, participants were guided to move from effective communication to embodied, confident leadership in professional and meeting environments.
